Polso bands come in two case sizes. Check the back of your Apple Watch: the case size (in mm) is engraved there.

Wrist size
Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper, snugly around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Mark where it overlaps and measure it with a ruler.
