Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

United States: usually 7-12 business days after dispatch.
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Europe: usually 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Middle East and Asia: usually 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier and customs delays.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Orders under $50: $5.99 to the United States, $9.99 to other countries.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email us at polsobands@gmail.com and we will help.
