This website, polso, is operated by DTS MARKETING LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Polso bands are accessories designed to fit Apple Watch. Polso is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple Watch is a trademark of Apple Inc. We show product colors and finishes as accurately as we can, but your screen may display them differently.

Prices and offers

Prices are listed in US dollars unless your local currency is shown. We may change prices and offers at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we refund the full amount.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
